  • If a listed hotel is unavailable, an alternate property of similar standard will be arranged.

  • The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified; vehicles run as per schedule and are not at your disposal.
  • AC will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
  • Transport to Rohtang Pass is not included due to local cab union rules, but can be arranged on the ground at an extra cost, in season.
  • Night-time transfers are not available between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Weather & road conditions +
  • During heavy snow or rain, roads may close and vehicle movement can be suspended without notice — this is beyond our control.
  • In snow-affected areas, only chained snow jeeps are permitted; these can be hired separately or arranged by us at extra cost.
  • Most Himachal hotels aren't centrally heated or cooled; some offer heaters on direct payment in winter.
Payments, refunds & cancellations +
  • If a paid activity can't operate for unforeseen reasons, a refund is processed within 30 days.
  • If a package is cancelled due to a natural calamity or weather, we aim to give the maximum possible refund per vendor agreements.
  • Pricing depends on passenger age — please provide correct ages at booking to avoid on-trip penalties.
  • Booking rates, hotel rooms and seats are subject to change and availability.
